"I can’t. I ordered this candle from Fragrant Jewels through Shop. I had already updated my address a few months ago when I moved and realized I had ordered something and hadn’t updated my address for that order. I made my current address my default address so I should have received my candle yesterday. Only it was shipped to my old address in a different state! I reached out to both Fragrant Jewels and Shop trying to explain the situation and see if I could have my order delivered to the correct address. Neither returned my messages emails or anything else. I am very disappointed.!!!! Also this order was supposed to have been $20 not $55. I was trying to join the inner circle with Fragrant Jewels only I’m not in it. I was charged full price for the candle that I didn’t receive and I’m not even in the inner circle! Again, I reached out and nobody has contacted me. very, very, very disappointed.!!!!
